Kemiline CB 405

Universal acrylic binder for outdoor systems, gloss, deep-tone, textured and wood paints. Use of coalescent agent is not required in paint formulations.

Solid content: 49 — 51 % (1 g, 30 min at 150 oC)
pH value: 7,0 — 9,0 (at 20 oC)
Viscosity: Max. 5000 cps (B. Field, 5 / 50 at 20 oC)
MFFT / TG: 5 oC / 1 oC
Packaging:120 kg PE drums /160 kg PE drums 1000 kg IBC containers
Shelf life: 12 months at 5 - 35 0C.
Frost: Store under frost-free conditions.
Safety: No special precautions.

Application:
The paints of Kemiline CB 405 are very simple to apply at wall and cracks. It adheres very well to all surfaces and retains elasticity over a broad temperature range. The consumption depends on pigment and filler quantities. The recommended amount is approx. 5 —15 % for interior and approx. 15 — 30 % for exterior paints.
