Kemiline CB 400

Universal acrylic dispersion for exterior systems, glossy, semi-gloss, textured finishes and wood paints. The use of coalescents is not necessary when using this dispersion.

Scope of application:
paints, primers, building materials and coatings.

Properties:
— applicable for exterior and interior paints, texture coatings, fillers, etc.
— has a high degree of gloss
— excellent wet adhesion, good frost resistance and thickening ability
— used in the formulation of glossy and silky paints and coatings.

Dry residue: 49 — 51% (1g, 30 minutes at 150℃)
pH value: 7.0 — 9.0 (at 20 C)
Viscosity: 1,000 - 5,000 cps (Brookfield, 5/20 at 20℃)

Packing: 120 kg PE drum / 1000 kg cube container
Shelf life: 12 months at 5-35℃
Frost resistance: prevent freezing

Application:
paints and coatings based on Kemiline CB 400 are very easy to apply and crack resistant. Differ in adhesion to many surfaces and preservation of elasticity in the wide temperature range. The recommended dosage depending on the fullness of the system for the interior is 5—15%, for the facade 15—30%.
