Emcell 471
 
Emcell 471 is a Hydroxy Ethyl Methyl Cellulose (HEMC).

Emcell 471 was developed for use in cement-based applications, especially in C1 and C2 type standard tile adhesive. 

Excellent open time. Good water retention. Good slip resistance.

The product has good operating performance. The selected particle size distribution guarantees quick and clumsy dissolution compatible with all traditional organic or mineral binders. The EMCELL 471 solvent should not be added directly to the water. Powder components and dry mortar mixture should be made and such water should be added.

Packaging
Emcell 471 is packaged in 25 Kg net weight paper sacks with a surface made of polyethylene inside. They are loaded on pallets, with a net of 1000 Kg şn 40 sacks. Depending on the şnstallation, pallets can also be loaded with 1250 – 1500 Kg. Empty paper sacks can be recycled.

Storage and Shelf Life
Unopened sacks can be stored for several years. Emcell 471 can last for a long time provided it is kept at room temperature and dry in closed containers or original package. For products with high viscosity, a decrease in viscosity can be observed for products stored for a long time (more than 1 year). Once the package is opened, it must be closed off again and tightly tied.
