Emcell 271

Emcell 271 is a Hydroxy Ethyl Methyl Cellulose (HEMC)

Emcell 271 was developed for cement-based applications, like cement-based tile adhesives, especially for C1 and C2 types.

Good water retention, good slip resistance. It also exhibits good work ability.

The selected particle size distribution guarantees quick or lump free dissolution. It is compatible with all conventional mineral and organic binders. Emcell 271 is intended for dry mixing with other powder materials and should not be used for directed dissolving in water.

Packaging
Emcell 271 is packaged in 25 Kg net weight paper sacks with a surface made of polyethylene inside. They are loaded on pallets, with a net of 1000 Kg şn 40 sacks. Depending on the şnstallation, pallets can also be loaded with 1250 – 1500 Kg. Empty paper sacks can be recycled.

Storage and Shelf Life
Unopened sacks can be stored for several years. Emcell 271 can last for a long time provided it is kept at room temperature and dry in closed containers or original package. For products with high viscosity, a decrease in viscosity can be observed for products stored for a long time (more than 1 year). Once the package is opened, it must be closed off again and tightly tied.
