Acrelane 123

Acrelane 123 is a binder for the production of wood, packaging and laminating adhesives. It has the properties of a high degree of rigidity, a high dry residue of polyvinyl acetate.

Areas of use:
wood glue and paper packaging

Main characteristics:
— not plasticized and does not contain APEO
— forms a very strong and clean film after drying
— has excellent strength properties
— shows a high level of cohesion
— low solubility in water

Chemical nature:
polymer emulsion based on polyvinyl acetate

Appearance: high viscosity white liquid
Dry residue: 49 — 51%
pH level: 3.5 — 5.5
Viscosity: 5,000 - 15,000 cps
MFFT / TG: 15 ºС/ 30 ºС
Packing: 120 kg PE drums / 1,000 kg eurocubes
Shelf life: 12 months at temperatures from 5 to 35 ºС
Frost resistance: store at positive temperatures
Security: no special conditions
